Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Tuntun Cabs, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which bookings can be cancelled and refunds processed.

 


 

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be made by calling us or contacting us through the provided communication channel.

a) Cancellation Before Pickup

  • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before pickup time:
    👉 No cancellation charges or minimal service charges may apply.

  • Cancellation made within 12-24 hours of pickup time:
    👉 Partial cancellation charges may apply.

  • Cancellation made within 12 hours of pickup time or no-show:
    👉 No refund will be provided.

 


 

2. Cancellation After Vehicle Dispatch

If the cab has already been dispatched or reached the pickup location:

  • Full or partial charges may apply

  • Driver waiting time and fuel costs may be charged

 


 

3. Cancellation by Tuntun Cabs

In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Driver unavailability

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

  • Incorrect booking details

In such cases:

  • Customers will receive a full refund, if payment was made in advance

  • Tuntun Cabs will not be liable for any additional compensation

 


 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment mode.

  • Cash payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

 


 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer fails to show up at pickup location

  • Trip is ended early by the customer

  • Incorrect pickup details provided by the customer

  • Misbehavior or violation of terms leading to trip cancellation

 


 

6. Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to pickup time, date, or route are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

 


 

7. Force Majeure

Tuntun Cabs shall not be responsible for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or road blockages.

 


 

8. Policy Updates

Tuntun Cabs reserves the right to change this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on the website.
