Tuntun Cabs provides cab and taxi booking services for local travel, outstation travel, airport transfers, and one-way trips. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
A booking can be made through our website, phone call, or other communication channels.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability of vehicles and drivers.
Tuntun Cabs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.
Fare details are shared at the time of booking or confirmation.
Prices may vary depending on distance, route, vehicle type, tolls, parking, night charges, or waiting time.
Any additional charges not included in the quoted fare must be paid by the customer directly.
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
By using our services, you agree that:
You will provide accurate pickup and drop details.
You will be present at the pickup location on time.
You will behave responsibly and respectfully with the driver and vehicle.
You will not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
Tuntun Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any route changes requested during the trip may result in additional charges.
Vehicle model, color, or registration number may change due to operational reasons.
Drivers are assigned based on availability.
We reserve the right to replace the vehicle or driver if required for service continuity.
Tuntun Cabs may cancel a booking due to:
Unavailability of vehicles
Natural calamities or emergencies
Incorrect booking information
Non-response from customer
In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Tuntun Cabs shall not be liable for:
Loss of personal belongings
Missed flights, trains, or appointments
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Customers are advised to check their belongings before ending the trip.
Tuntun Cabs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Uttar Pradesh.
